The Hayloft On Dartmoor

The Hayloft On Dartmoor is a one-bedroom suite within a barn conversion split into two separate holiday lets, set in the village of Yelverton, near Tavistock. It sleeps two guests and suits couples wanting a compact base for exploring this part of the National Park.

A ground-floor entrance gives space for coats and shoes before a staircase leads up to the main living area. Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has exposed beams and original stonework, with a sofa and TV in the lounge and an electric oven, hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The bedroom leads off the lounge and has a king-size zip-and-link bed, convertible to a twin on request, along with an en-suite shower room and WC.

Outside, guests share a garden area with the neighbouring suite, and there is off-road parking for one car to the rear of the property. Bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are included, and storage for bikes is available on site. Internet access is provided.

Dogs are not permitted at this property. A pub and shop are within walking distance of the barn, and Tavistock is a short drive away. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors, and check-in is from 14:30 with departure before 10:00.
