11 The Village

11 The Village is a terraced cottage on a quiet road in Buckland Monachorum, within easy reach of Yelverton and Dartmoor. It sleeps 3 across a king-size bedroom and a single room with a day bed, sharing a bathroom with a bath, shower over, WC and basin; the king-size room also has an original fireplace.

The sitting room has a leather sofa opposite a wood-burning stove, and a doorway leads to the kitchen and a dining area with a glass atrium-style roof. Patio doors from the dining area open onto a rear garden with a patio, and steps up to a second level with wooden decking and benches, a spot for eating outside on a warm evening.

The kitchen has a gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas heating and the wood-burning stove, with a starter pack provided, cover the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available.

No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking. Off-road parking for two cars is available a short walk from the property. The pub is a 5-minute walk and the shop 2.5 miles away. Buckland Monachorum has its own country inn, the Drake Manor Inn, and Buckland Abbey is a short drive away.
