This detached stable mews near Lynton sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, making it suited to two families or a group of friends sharing a holiday. Stone walls and a slate roof give the property a traditional character, while inside a double-height hallway leads to a sweeping oak staircase.

The ground floor holds the main living space, including a lounge with a wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with room for the whole party to dine together. A utility room sits alongside a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC on this level, and a wheelchair lift connects the kitchen to a double bedroom also on the ground floor. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and TV, one double, and two twin rooms with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as two king-size beds if requested in advance. Two further bathrooms with shower over and WC serve this floor.

Outside, a courtyard garden is fully enclosed with high walls and described as dog proof, furnished with a table and chairs and accessible directly from the kitchen and living areas. Private parking is available for two cars, alongside a newly installed EV charger. Mobile signal in the area is variable, which is worth bearing in mind for those relying on it.

The property allows up to three dogs, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided for families with young children. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are included, along with a smart TV, streaming stick and CD player for evenings in. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
