The Penthouse Lynmouth Bay is a reverse-level apartment in Lynton, reached by stairs or a lift that arrives right outside the front door. Three second-floor bedrooms include a king-size room with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a super king/twin convertible room and a second king-size room that share a further walk-in shower room, and the apartment sleeps 6.

Up a small staircase, a third-floor open-plan living area has reduced headroom under the beams, with a sitting area, a dining table for six and a kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and there are TVs, a DVD player and WiFi throughout.

Three small balconies off the living area have sea views over the bay, and electric heating covers the apartment. A travel cot and highchair are available, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.
