Spread across the first and second floors of a Victorian building in Lynton, Eden House sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a wood burner in the lounge and south-facing views over the rooftops to Exmoor. The funicular cliff railway and village centre are just a few steps away, and a bus stop directly opposite the property connects to the wider North Devon coast.

All three bedrooms sit on the upper floor: one king-size, one double and one twin, each with views over the village. The first floor holds a large lounge with a bay window and comfortable seating around the wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen and diner with an induction hob, double oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and Ninja air fryer, plus a family bathroom with both bath and shower. A children's snug with sofa, games and a second TV completes that level, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the upper shower room.

Outside the front door, a south-facing patio has a table, parasol, chairs and a bench, and shares the same Exmoor outlook as the lounge. Parking immediately in front of the house is subject to seasonal restrictions as signed; Park Street opposite is unrestricted, and a public car park is roughly 0.3 miles away where charges may apply.

Dogs are not accepted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The Valley of Rocks, with its wild goat population and views across the Bristol Channel, is a short walk away, and the Victorian funicular drops down to Lynmouth harbour at the foot of the cliff.
