The property retains original features such as the entrance floor tiles, while the living area combines wooden flooring with a wood burner and a farmhouse dining table seating six. Steps lead down from the living space into a sizeable kitchen at the rear.

The first floor holds a family bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower, alongside a king-size bedroom and a twin room with a zip-and-link bed that converts to a super-king on request. A third bedroom, also king-size, has its own en-suite shower room on the top floor, making the house suitable for two couples and a family group, or similar combinations, up to a maximum of six guests.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden is arranged over two levels, with steps connecting them. The upper level has a lawn and garden furniture for outdoor dining, while the lower area includes a patio. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
