The Retreat - Sidmouth

This second-floor apartment in Sidmouth sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and a twin with single beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Access is via steps from the car park into the building, then a lift or stairs to the second floor, followed by a short flight to the private entrance. The layout works well for the day-to-day routine of a holiday: a bright lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with ample worktops, and a separate dining area where the group can gather before heading out.

A private, secure parking space is included, sized for one small to medium car and subject to height restrictions. There is no private outdoor space, but the pebble beach is less than 200 metres from the building, making morning walks and evening strolls easy to fit around the day. A pub and shops are within the same short distance.

The apartment does not accept dogs. Because of the steps involved in reaching the apartment, it is not recommended for guests with mobility difficulties. Check-in is from 15:00 and departure is before 10:00.
