Puffins

Puffins is an Edwardian cottage on Brewery Lane in Sidmouth, within walking distance of the town centre and seafront. A few steps lead up to the front door, and there is no allocated parking space, though roadside parking is usually available close by on the quiet, one-sided lane. An enclosed rear courtyard garden has a bistro table and chairs for sitting out.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms upstairs: a double room and a second room with a single bed and a truckle bed, plus a bathroom with a bath and a thermostatic shower over. Downstairs, the sitting room has an electric flame-effect fire and a Smart TV with DVD player, a selection of books and games, and a DAB radio. The kitchen/diner has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washing machine.

Gas central heating runs throughout, and WiFi is included, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all covered in the rent. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available on request.

No pets are accepted, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub around 0.1 miles, and the beach and coastal path are both under a mile from the cottage.
