The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House stands at Little Dunley Cottages, a couple of miles from Bovey Tracey. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, and a conservatory off the side gives a quieter spot to sit and look over the garden.

The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size, a twin and a further twin on the ground floor, giving flexibility for families or groups. A shower room and a separate ground-floor wet room, both with a walk-in shower, cover the whole party.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. The enclosed rear garden has a patio, a lawn and a garden cabin with power, though there are steps down to the lawn worth planning around with young children.

Off-road parking covers 2 cars, with additional on-site parking and a shared EV charging point registered through an app. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge per pet, and the property is no smoking. A shop is just over 2 miles away, with a pub around 1.1 miles. The garden cabin with power gives a quiet spot to work if needed, and the wider Little Dunley Cottages site sits within easy reach of the market town.
