Heathfield Terrace

Heathfield Terrace is a terraced cottage in the centre of Bovey Tracey, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The sitting/dining room has an open fire and a table for meals, and the kitchen is fitted with a range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, are served by a bathroom with a bath, hand-held and walk-in showers, a heated towel rail, a bidet and a WC, plus a separate cloakroom. The cottage sleeps 4, with a highchair and cot available on request.

Outside, the enclosed rear lawn and patio have furniture for sitting out, and your dog can relax on the grass. A Smart TV, a selection of books and WiFi are provided, and gas central heating covers the cottage, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the open fire included in the rent.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome; guests booking through a third party are asked to flag any pets in advance so the house can be prepared. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a central village car park a short walk away. No smoking, no worker bookings, and the property takes 7-night bookings only between July and August, with Friday-to-Friday bookings only during peak periods.
