The Lodge at Redlands

The Lodge at Redlands is a detached, single-storey property in Uplyme, on the Devon/Dorset border. A private drive leads to the lodge's own parking space and patio seating area, and the property does not accept children under 12, making it better suited to couples or groups of adults.

The open-plan living area has high vaulted ceilings, automated skylight windows and floor-to-ceiling windows. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor with their own en-suite shower room, basin and WC: a king-size room and a super-king-size room that can be made up as a twin on request. A separate utility room sits off the kitchen.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine, hair dryers and a dishwasher. An air source heat pump and underfloor heating run throughout, and a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi cover evenings in. Fuel and power are included in the rent.

The patio area has furniture and views over Uplyme and the surrounding countryside, a spot for dining outdoors. Parking is provided for 1 car, and one well-behaved small dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted; the shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles, and the river 1.3 miles.
