Strathaven

Strathaven is a single-storey bungalow in Uplyme, with all three bedrooms on the ground floor and off-road parking for 2 cars. External steps with a handrail lead up to the property, which sits in gardens with lawns, terraces and furniture, offering a quiet spot away from the busier parts of the village.

Inside, the sitting room and kitchen/diner have elevated views over the gardens. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine with a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a hairdryer, and there are two TVs, a DVD player, a CD player and WiFi. Meals can be taken at a breakfast bar, a dining table, or out on the patio.

The three bedrooms, a king-size, a twin and a single, share a bathroom with a bath and a shower over, plus a separate WC. A travel cot is included in the rent along with bed linen and towels, and children need supervising in the garden because of its terraced areas.

No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles, with Lyme Regis around a mile further for shops, bars, restaurants, a museum, an aquarium and the harbour.
