The Linney

This barn-conversion cottage sits on a working farm with access to footpaths leading to coastal and clifftop walks. The property is one of two at the farmland location and provides single-storey accommodation throughout. Hartland, a Georgian village three miles away, has shops, pubs and Hartland Abbey, originally built as a monastery in the 12th century. Guests can also explore the farm's 260 acres and meet the resident animals.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area form the main living space, with a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player, and French windows opening onto the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The downstairs king-size bedroom has its own Smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC. An extra cot-bed can be made up on request, suitable for a child under five years old.

Outside, an enclosed patio offers countryside views with glimpses of the sea. A table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining, and both a BBQ and a fire pit are available on request. Guests are welcome to wander the wider farmland during their stay.

Ample on-site parking is available. The nearest pub is two miles away, with the beach and shops three miles from the property. EV charging is not permitted at the property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
