Spekes Mill

Spekes Mill is a single-storey studio cabin among the Hartland Coastal Cabins, painted pink and set on the rural outskirts of Hartland, around 1.7 miles from the village. The cabin sleeps 2, blending a double bed, a bunk bed, a kitchenette and dining space into one coastal-styled room.

The kitchenette has a small combi oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves the cabin. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and guests have access to the on-site lake, a short walk away.

Private front decking has furniture and overlooks a shared front lawn with a barbecue hut, ideal for al fresco meals on a fine day. Parking is available on site, and there's a step down from the decking to the lawn to watch for.

Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome to stay at Spekes Mill. The cabin is no smoking throughout, and closes each year from 21 January to 7 February and again from 6 to 9 June. The nearest shop is 1.7 miles away, the pub 1.6 miles, the beach 1.1 miles, and the lake itself just 0.3 miles from the cabin.
