Berry Bay

Berry Bay is a single-storey cabin on the outskirts of Hartland, around 1.7 miles from the village, part of the Hartland Coastal Cabins group. The whole home is one open-plan room, so it suits a couple or two sharing, with occupancy set at 2, and a wood-fired hot tub sets it apart from the group's other cabins.

Inside, the studio-style space holds a double bed and a sofa bed alongside a kitchenette and dining area. A small oven, two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster cover the cooking, a TV is provided, and a shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Heating is electric, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a private, non-enclosed deck with furniture and a shared barbecue sits at the front, with a step down to a shared front lawn. The wood-fired hot tub is supplied with its own firewood, and off-road parking is available on site. The shop is 1.7 miles away, the pub 1.6 miles and the beach 1.1 miles.

No pets are allowed at Berry Bay and smoking is not permitted. The cabins close each year from 21 January to 7 February and again from 6 to 9 June, so those dates are worth checking before booking.
