Little Linney Sleeps 2 Garden Parking Wifi

Little Linney is a single-storey cabin in Hartland, built for two and arranged so everything sits on one level. Off-road parking runs right up to the cabin, and the whole property, bedroom included, is reached without a single step, making arrival straightforward at the start of a stay.

Inside, the sitting room holds a sofa and TV for evenings in, and the kitchen/diner has a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, with a dining table for two. The double bedroom sits next to a shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, giving the cabin a compact, single-level layout throughout.

Outside is a garden with patio, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, left open rather than enclosed, a straightforward spot for a meal outside when the weather cooperates. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and WiFi and a TV cover evenings in the cabin.

Little Linney sits within the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, with a shop and pub both within half a mile for supplies or a meal out. The cabin does not take pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. With one bedroom and off-road parking by the door, it suits a couple wanting a simple, single-storey base on this stretch of coast.
