The Hay Loft

The Hay Loft is a reverse-level barn conversion at Tritchayne Farm Cottages, near Colyton in the East Devon AONB. It sleeps 2, with a ground-floor bathroom and stairs up to a first-floor studio combining a kitchenette, a dining area for two and a sitting area built around a woodburning stove.

The king-size bed sits in the same first-floor room. The kitchenette has a combi oven/microwave, a 2-ring induction hob, a fridge with ice box, a freezer, a washing machine and a barbecue, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburner included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books are provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed front gravelled area gives private outdoor space, and guests can also use the shared picnic area, glass dining house and play field at Tritchayne Farm Cottages. There is a pond on site, worth knowing if you are travelling with young children. A designated car park serves the property.

The Hay Loft welcomes 2 small pets, or 1 medium pet, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. The nearest shop and pub are around a mile away.
