The Bull Pen

The Bull Pen is a single-storey barn conversion at Tritchayne Farm Cottages, near Colyton in the East Devon AONB. It sleeps 2 in one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a heated towel rail, and the open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area built around a woodburning stove.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a barbecue, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. A Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi and DAB radio cover the evenings in, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request for younger visitors in the group.

Outside, an enclosed front patio has furniture for outdoor meals, and guests can also use the shared communal picnic area, glass dining house and play field at Tritchayne Farm Cottages, a group of five barn conversions. There is a pond on the wider site, worth knowing if you are travelling with young children. A designated car park serves the property, and heating throughout is electric.

The Bull Pen welcomes up to 3 well-behaved pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. The nearest shop and pub are around a mile away in Colyton, a small town with a tram station running along the River Axe toward Seaton.
