The Grottoes

The Grottoes is a detached house set in an elevated position over Torquay Harbour in Torquay, Devon, sleeping 8 over three floors. The hallway and the living/dining room both take in views across the harbour and Torbay, and the living room has a Smart TV and a gas fire.

A side balcony and a decking area both have furniture, and the decking includes a hot tub for guests to use throughout their stay. The house has four bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite bath and walk-in shower, a further king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower, a third king-size room and a twin room, served by a shower room and two cloakrooms.

A games room has a Smart TV and a selection of games. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. There are several staircases in the house, including a spiral staircase, and the property may not suit guests with limited mobility or very young children.

Off-road parking takes one car, or two small cars. EV charging is not authorised at the property. The Grottoes welcomes two well-behaved pets, with a third dog possible on request for an additional charge. The house is no smoking, and stag, hen and other party groups are not accepted.
