Delmonte Lodge

Delmonte Lodge is a detached house on a hillside overlooking the marina in Torquay, sleeping 8 across four bedrooms. One king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room; the other three, two further king-size rooms and a twin, share a second shower room.

The living/diner has an open fire and a large TV, and the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating covers the house, with WiFi throughout.

Outside, the rear garden has a terrace, patio, lawn and furniture, plus a dedicated relax zone with chairs and an ice bucket table under a grapevine. The outdoor heated swimming pool, available from the 1st of May to the end of September, comes with sun loungers and harbour views, and a hot tub surrounded by palm trees is usable all year round. There's also a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Torquay Beach and the Princess Theatre are both close by, and Torquay's Dinosaur World suits a family day out. Brixham Harbour and Brixham Heritage Museum are a short drive along the coast, and Exeter Cathedral, Exeter Castle and the Underground Passages give a change of pace further afield.

Off-road parking covers 1 car, with additional seasonal parking available nearby. Delmonte Lodge welcomes well-behaved dogs, with an extra charge per dog per week, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.2 miles.
