Set in an elevated position above Lynmouth, this two-bedroom apartment sleeps four and suits couples, families or a group of friends. Access is via steps down the side of the building and around to the front door, so the property is not suited to those with limited mobility. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The entrance opens directly into the kitchen, fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. The adjoining lounge has a large window that frames the elevated outlook, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a pretty ornamental fireplace. A second Smart TV sits in the kitchen. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to a king-size bedroom and a twin room, both with good storage. A shower room with WC serves the whole flat.

The village has galleries, eateries and a fish and chip shop within easy reach, and the funicular railway up to Lynton departs close by. Walkers can head directly from the door toward the river gorge and woodlands at Watersmeet, where a tearoom and pub are found along the route.
