Clooneavin Chalet

Clooneavin Chalet is an all-ground-floor apartment above Lynmouth, reached by a steep pathway up to elevated grounds, with steps and drops along the way, so it isn't suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Once inside, a well-equipped kitchenette opens onto a living/dining room and a balcony looking out over the River Lyn valley and the Countisbury hamlet. The chalet sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms and cannot take bookings with children.

Both bedrooms are doubles, and the front bedroom has sea views over the valley towards the coast. The family bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Electric central heating covers the chalet, with a small allowance of electricity included in the rent and the remainder billed through a coin meter.

The kitchenette has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and there's a TV in the living area. WiFi is available in the communal areas of the building, free of charge. Off-road parking is provided outside the Clooneavin Apartments building.

Clooneavin Chalet welcomes one well-behaved dog, though cats aren't accepted. Smoking isn't permitted, and the shop is 0.2 miles away with the pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. Care is needed on the path down to the harbour, and sturdy footwear is worth packing given the steps.
