Ocean View

On the second floor of a building in Lynmouth, Ocean View sleeps four across two bedrooms. The king-size room has a 32-inch Smart TV and is served by a shared family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The twin room has its own en-suite shower room and WC, a wardrobe, and a desk with chair, making the layout well suited to a family or two couples who prefer separate bathroom access.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area runs across the width of the apartment. A corner sofa, 50-inch Smart TV and a dining table seating six fill the living space, and French windows draw in light alongside views of both the coast and the countryside. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer, and a Bluetooth sound system completes the setup.

The covered balcony is furnished with bistro-style seating and takes in coastal and countryside views, making it a practical outdoor spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. A highchair and travel cot are available for families with young children. No dogs are permitted.

Parking is not on-site. Between 1 November and Good Friday, unrestricted roadside parking is available locally. Outside those dates, permits must be purchased from the Exmoor National Park office in the Lynmouth Pavilion, the Lynton Tourist Information office in Lynton, or via the RingGo app at location 236604. Short breaks are available November to March only; weekly bookings arrive and depart on Saturdays.
