Fox Cottage dates to the 1700s and overlooks the East Lynn River in Lynmouth, North Devon. The sea lies half a mile away. Entry through a stable door at the rear leads into an open-plan living area with a wood burner-effect electric fire. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The first-floor double bedroom commands river views and adjoins a shower room featuring a walk-in shower and WC. Steep stairs ascend to a second-floor twin bedroom with attic-style sloping ceiling. A stairgate is installed. The property sleeps 4 guests maximum.

There is no garden or patio. A pub stands 0.2 miles away and shops 0.3 miles distant. Parking is available at a local car park 90 metres from the cottage; parking permits are no longer provided. Mobile signal varies across the location. Internet access is available and towels are included in your stay.

A smart TV with Now TV cinema package, PlayStation 3 and DVD player provide indoor entertainment. The cottage suits families and couples seeking access to coastal and countryside walks. Dogs are not permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
