Old Lyn Cottage

Old Lyn Cottage is set over three floors in Lynmouth, within Exmoor National Park and close to the harbour. It sleeps 4 across two second-floor bedrooms, and bookings run to a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The double bedroom and twin room, the twin set up with zip/link beds that can also convert to a double, sit on the second floor. Two bathrooms are on the ground floor: a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC.

The first-floor open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a TV/DVD player and a balcony off the sitting room; the balcony's rail is 2ft 6in high, so children need supervising there. A utility room has a washing machine and dishwasher, and the kitchen also has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Roadside parking sits in front of the property, and the cottage takes up to two well-behaved pets. A shop is 0.7 miles away, with a pub and the river both 0.1 miles off and the beach around 0.3 miles from the door. Smoking is not permitted.
