The Clock Tower

The Clock Tower is a Grade II listed converted clock tower within the Rousdon Estate near Rousdon, between Lyme Regis and Seaton, set among 350 acres of private grounds and woodland paths. Accommodation is arranged over four floors, reached by internal stone staircases that may not suit anyone unable to manage stairs.

The first floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a Smart TV, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and an electric oven with a gas hob. A ground-floor cloakroom has a basin and WC. The second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower and a stone basin, with glimpses of the sea from the bedroom window.

The top floor is a covered roof terrace with a table, chairs and far-reaching views over the estate towards Lyme Bay and the Axe Valley. A private car park serves the property, and central heating covers the building through cooler months.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and the nearest shop, pub and beach are all 3.6 miles away. Mobile reception can be poor here due to the rural setting, though WiFi is available throughout the property for internet-based calls.
