3 Home Farm South

3 Home Farm South is a barn conversion in Rousdon, renovated with wooden flooring and high ceilings under traditional roof beams. The property sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and is pet-friendly (confirm how many when booking).

An open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with two sofas and a coffee table for evenings in, and a central dining table for family meals. A wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine snug with a skylight, sofa and TV, a quiet spot to read or watch a film with the DVD player.

The double bedroom has a wooden feature wall and storage, and there's a smaller bunk room suited to children, both on the ground floor. The two bedrooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Oil central heating covers the property, and the kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Outside, French windows from the living area lead to a small, non-enclosed garden with a patio, lawn and shrubs. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and smoking is not permitted. Mobile reception can be patchy given the rural setting, though WiFi is available throughout for internet calls, and the shop and pub are both around 3.7 miles away.
