Hazelwood 2 @ Pinewood Retreat

Hazelwood 2 is a single-storey lodge within Pinewood Retreat, a holiday park set between Lyme Regis and Seaton, within reach of Rousdon. Steps lead up to the entrance, and an open-plan living space with high ceilings and wide patio doors opens onto a front decked terrace with furniture, overlooking the park grounds.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there's a separate twin bedroom. Both share a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC, so the lodge sleeps 4 across the two rooms.

The kitchen area has an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the sitting area has a Smart TV. Guests can use the park's communal indoor and outdoor swimming pools, though the outdoor pool has seasonal opening and the indoor pool closes for three days at Christmas. A launderette on site is available for guest use, with charges payable, and barbecues are not permitted on the decked area.

One car can park in the designated space next to the lodge, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent alongside WiFi. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The electricity supply cannot support EV charging, though charging points are available in nearby Seaton.
