Beech Cottage - Rousdon

Beech Cottage sits in Rousdon, near Lyme Regis, and sleeps four across three bedrooms. A short path leads to the front door, opening into a hallway with a separate WC and a utility area housing a washer/dryer and freezer, useful for longer stays.

Downstairs, the lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player with doors leading out to the garden, while the kitchen/diner overlooks the garden and is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite shower room and WC, a twin, and a bunk room suitable only for children under 12 years, plus a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, an enclosed garden begins with a seating area and charcoal barbecue directly behind the cottage, extending to a large lawn with a tree swing and glimpses over the Exe Valley. Parking is shared, with one off-road space around 30 metres from the property, so a second car will need to be left elsewhere.

The cottage has internet access throughout, and a travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. No dogs are permitted. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, with a pub and shop reported to be around a mile away.
