2 Home Farm South

2 Home Farm South is a single-storey stone barn conversion in the countryside near Rousdon, close to the Jurassic Coast and within driving distance of Lyme Regis. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space and sitting room, with traditional roof beams and French windows that bring in the light.

The property sleeps 4 across a king-size bedroom and a double, both with roof beams close to the single bathroom, which has a bath, a shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

Electric heating covers the house, with fuel and power included in the rent, and a TV, DVD player and WiFi cover evenings in. Bed linen and towels are supplied too, so there's little to bring beyond the essentials. Outside, a small rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, reached through French windows from the living area, a good spot to sit out while dogs stretch their legs on the lawn.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and well-behaved dogs are welcome at 2 Home Farm South, with a welcome hamper left ready for arrival. The shop and pub are both 3.7 miles away, and the coast at Lyme Regis is within easy driving distance for a day out. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.
