This four-bedroom property sits directly opposite the beach in Seaton, with the Esplanade and town centre around half a mile away on foot. The ground floor holds an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and a shower room, while a single flight of stairs leads to the first floor bedrooms and a second shower room.

Sleeping up to six, the bedroom arrangement comprises two double rooms and two singles, all on the first floor and each with sea views. The master bedroom is a double with its own TV and two chairs positioned beside the window. The lounge has a coal effect gas fire, a Smart TV and a picture window looking out over the beach, with the same view shared by the adjoining dining room.

Outside, a furnished decked balcony opens from the master bedroom and the other double rooms, fitted with a table and chairs for six. At the rear is an enclosed courtyard patio with a bench, along with private parking for two cars. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine fridge, and wifi is available throughout the property.

Bed and bath towels are provided, though guests should bring their own for the beach, which lies less than 100 metres away. A pub and shop are within half a mile. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
