14 Lyme Mews

14 Lyme Mews is a three-storey house in the coastal town of Seaton, East Devon, with sea views from three rooms. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a shop and pub 0.2 miles away.

A snug greets you at the front door, a quiet spot for reading, before the open-plan kitchen/diner with its granite-effect worktops and a dining area seating six. The first-floor sitting room has a Juliet balcony with views over the town, and there's a downstairs cloakroom off the hall.

A first-floor double bedroom sits alongside two second-floor rooms, a double with its own en-suite shower room and a twin, sharing a shower room between them. All three bedrooms come with quality bed linen, and storage for personal items is built into the furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer alongside the cooker, and there's a TV and DVD player in the snug for quieter evenings. Electric central heating, a washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi cover practical needs, fuel and power are included in the rent, and a cot is available on request.

Outside, an enclosed rear patio gives space to sit out, and private parking is provided for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the house is strictly no smoking. Stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted, and a golf course is nearby.
