55 Queen Street is a three-storey cottage in the heart of Seaton, a short stroll from the seafront and the town's shops and cafes. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a super king-size on the second floor with its own en suite shower room, and a king-size and a twin on the first floor, the twin a zip/link bed that can become a super king on request.

A sleek bathroom with a free-standing bath, a walk-in shower, basin and bidet, plus a separate WC, serve the first-floor bedrooms, and a ground-floor cloakroom adds a third. Both the dining room and the sitting room are built around woodburning stoves, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the stoves included in the rent.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a coffee maker, and the living spaces have Smart TVs with Netflix, a Sonos system and WiFi throughout. A front patio and a small rear courtyard with a bistro table give two spots to sit outside.
