6 Lyme Mews

6 Lyme Mews is a modern, Regency-style house in a terrace directly on the seafront in Seaton, about 200 yards from the shops, pubs and harbour. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms over three floors.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, a quiet study, and a kitchen with a dining area for family meals, plus a separate WC. Up on the first floor, the sitting room has sea views and sliding doors onto a balcony, alongside a twin bedroom and the family bathroom.

The second floor holds two more bedrooms: a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and sea view, and a further twin. A private enclosed patio garden at the back has outdoor furniture for al fresco meals, and a pub is less than a mile away.

The house sits close to the Seaton seafront and the coast path along the Jurassic Coast cliffs, with a wetland nature reserve nearby for walking.

Parking is provided for 2 cars, one in the garage and a second small or medium car outside it, with additional visitor parking nearby. The house does not accept pets, is no smoking throughout, and does not take children under 8 (except babes in arms) because of the balcony.
