3 Grove Mews

3 Grove Mews is a contemporary terrace house set in the seaside town of Seaton, built over three storeys and sleeping 6 across three bedrooms. A ground-floor king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and a ground-floor single comes with a pull-out truckle bed, while a second-floor double looks out from its own balcony and uses a further bathroom on that floor. A welcome hamper is left for guests on arrival.

The first-floor living space is open-plan, with a sitting area, dining area and a kitchen fitted with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and wine cooler. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and a Sonos speaker and WiFi cover the living space, with fuel and power included in the rent along with bed linen and towels.

Outside, there's a small balcony off the second-floor bedroom and an enclosed roof terrace with seating for evenings out. Off-road parking is provided for one car, sized for vehicles up to 2.5m by 5m, and children should be supervised on the terrace and balcony at all times.

Pets are not permitted here and the house is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles, both a short walk from the property, which sits close to the shingle beach and harbour that give Seaton its character.
