Axe View

This four-bedroom property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in Seaton, a Devon seaside town on the Jurassic Coast. It sleeps six across two king-size bedrooms, a twin room and a bunk room suitable for children only, making it a practical base for a family group rather than a mixed party of adults.

The ground floor is open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a lounge with double French doors opening onto the garden. Upstairs, the master king-size room has a dressing area and en-suite walk-in shower, while the second bathroom serves the twin and bunk rooms with a bath, shower over and WC; there is also a separate downstairs WC.

Outside is an enclosed patio garden with a lawn, outdoor dining furniture, a parasol and a gas BBQ, accessed directly from the lounge via the French doors. A garage attached to the house holds a washing machine and clothes dryer and can double as extra storage or off-road parking, in addition to space for one car on the drive; further parking is available on the road.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob and coffee machine, and the lounge has a Smart TV with Bluetooth speaker. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
