2 Lyme Mews

2 Lyme Mews sits on the seafront in Seaton, a three-storey townhouse with direct sea views from the front of the house. The first-floor sitting room has a Juliet balcony looking out across Lyme Bay, and a ground-floor snug or office gives a quieter spot away from the main living space.

The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a twin room on the first floor and two double bedrooms on the second floor. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the first floor, a second-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, and there's a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. A cot is supplied for guests who bring their own bed linen for it.

The kitchen/diner has a gas oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Tassimo coffee machine and an air fryer, and a conservatory opens onto a private, enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. Smart TV and WiFi cover the house, and a garage takes one small car, with an additional off-road parking space alongside it.

2 Lyme Mews welcomes two well-behaved pets. Smoking isn't permitted. The shop and pub are both around a tenth of a mile away, and the beach is roughly 0.4 miles from the front door.
