The Brambles 17 - Conkers Lodge

The Brambles 17 - Conkers Lodge is a single-storey lodge on Finlakes Holiday Park, close to the village of Chudleigh and set among woodland surroundings. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open-plan living area at its centre.

The double bedroom has its own TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the two twin bedrooms also have TVs, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The open-plan space brings together a well-stocked kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a slow cooker and an air fryer, along with a kettle and toaster. Highchair and travel cot are available on request. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with further parking around the resort, and the park has a shop, bar, indoor pool, spa, fitness centre and courts for tennis and basketball, some with added fees.

Outside, the enclosed decking holds a hot tub and furniture for relaxing with a drink after a day out. The Brambles 17 takes two well-behaved pets, with an extra charge per dog. The property is strictly no smoking, and the on-site shop and pub are around 0.3 miles away. Finlakes Holiday Park says it isn't well suited to guests with limited mobility, worth bearing in mind when booking.
