The Barn at Yeoland House

The Barn at Yeoland House is a 17th-century converted barn set within a farmhouse's grounds near Yelverton, reached by a gravel path and around ten steps up to the garden, with a further eight steps down to the entrance. The cottage sleeps a maximum of four adults and one child.

An open-plan living area has a woodburning stove, a kitchen with a dishwasher and induction hob, and glazed doors onto a front patio with countryside views. One staircase climbs to a mezzanine single bedroom with table football, not suited to very young children, while another leads down to two further king-size bedrooms, one of them zip/link.

The lower-ground floor also holds a bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, a second shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available, and a paddock nearby is set aside for walking dogs.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds, and the nearest shop is 1.7 miles away, with a pub at 1.5 miles.
