Dellcote

Dellcote is a cottage a short distance from Yelverton, around 1.6 miles from the village. It sleeps 5 across three bedrooms: a king-size room on the ground floor, and, upstairs, a twin with an en-suite basin and WC and a single room with a 2'6" bed suitable for a child. A separate bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus a basin and WC.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, a sofa and an armchair, and a Smart TV, with a conservatory alongside. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a slimline dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and dining table. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and a selection of books is provided for evenings in.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a patio, lawn and a barbecue, with furniture to sit out and cook alfresco meals when the weather allows. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and an EV charger is available on site, charged per kWh used rather than included in the rent.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a welcome pack offered for them on arrival, and the cottage is no smoking throughout. The shop is around 1.5 miles away and the pub about 1.3 miles, both a short drive rather than a walk. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
