Templar Rise 16 - Devon Comfort

Templar Rise 16 - Devon Comfort is a wooden lodge in a quiet cul-de-sac on Finlakes Holiday Park, around 2.4 miles from Chudleigh. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level, with an open-plan living space at its heart.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The open-plan living area has a sitting space warmed by an electric fire, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, with a Smart TV, WiFi and a PlayStation 4 with games and DVDs.

Outside, an enclosed decking area holds a hot tub and furniture for evenings outdoors. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with further parking available around the resort. Highchair and travel cot are available on request, and the park itself has a shop, bar, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, fitness centre, play area and courts for tennis and basketball, with additional fees for some of these.

Templar Rise 16 takes two well-behaved pets, with an extra charge per dog. The property is strictly no smoking, and the shop and pub are around 0.3 miles away on site. Finlakes Holiday Park says it isn't well suited to guests with limited mobility, worth bearing in mind when booking.
