Swallows Nest at Ford is a converted barn set in the hamlet of Ford near Fairy Cross, a short drive from Bideford on the North Devon coast. The property sleeps two and is arranged across a single floor, with private off-road parking for two cars and two dogs welcome throughout.

Inside, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area makes good use of exposed beams alongside contemporary fittings. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo Plus pod coffee machine. A utility room next door houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room fitted with a waterfall shower and WC, and Smart TVs are provided in both the lounge and bedroom.

Step outside from the lounge and you reach a large enclosed patio where a wood-fired hot tub takes centre stage; initial logs are provided. Comfortable outdoor seating and a dining area complete the space, giving you somewhere to eat outside and wind down after a day on the coast.

The nearest restaurant and shop are within 2.5 miles, and the coast at Westward Ho! is around 4 miles away. The fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly lie roughly 6 and 8 miles from the barn respectively. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure must be by 10:00.
