Cherry Tree Barn

This single-storey barn conversion stands within the grounds of the owner's property on a former farm at Fairy Cross, near Bideford, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. The king-size room and the twin room each have their own television, and the twin benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. A separate family bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath and WC.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with deep sofas, a woodburner (first basket of logs included) and a Blu-ray player set beside large French windows. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A second seating area takes the form of a sun lounge, where bi-fold doors lead out to the garden.

Outside, an enclosed garden to the rear houses a private hot tub, garden furniture and a barbecue, while a seating area with table and chairs sits at the front of the property, accessed from the lounge. Two cars can be parked on site, and wi-fi is included throughout the stay.

Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. During the winter season the property is decorated for Christmas. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am.
