Sunny Breeze

Sunny Breeze is a single-storey, beach hut style property tucked into a development close to the centre of Malborough. There's no private parking at the property itself, though on-street parking and a public car park sit nearby.

The double bedroom and bunk bedroom both open off the ground-floor hallway, finished with hardwood flooring and storage space in each room. The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. Sunny Breeze sleeps 4, and a travel cot, a highchair and an on-request sofa bed can all be added for an extra guest.

An open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a separate conservatory for a quieter spot to read. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a TV and WiFi cover the living space. Night storage heating and electric radiators keep the property warm. French doors open from the living area onto an enclosed rear garden laid with artificial grass, and a path just a few steps from the front door gives dog walkers easy access out.

Sunny Breeze welcomes two well-behaved pets and is strictly no smoking. A shop and two pubs sit around 0.6 miles away, and the beach is about 1.8 miles from the property.
