Cola's Tonne

Cola's Tonne is a detached house in the hamlet of Collaton, a short drive from Malborough, built with an upside-down layout: both bedrooms sit on the ground floor and the living space is upstairs. The property sleeps 4, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite, storage and a TV with Freeview.

French doors from each bedroom open onto a gravelled front area with a small patio, table and chairs. Upstairs, the open-plan living room has wooden beams, French windows and doors leading to a terrace with views over the surrounding fields, furnished with a table, two chairs and a briquette BBQ. A wood burning stove warms the room on cooler evenings, though logs and kindling are not supplied.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a four-ring halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a Nespresso machine, and a highchair is provided. Electric underfloor heating runs through the property, with hot water from an immersion heater, and WiFi is included.

Parking for 1 to 2 cars is available on a private gravel drive shared with the property next door. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a returnable bond applies. Short breaks are not accepted, arrivals are Thursdays only, and the property is strictly no smoking.
