Sundowners

Sundowners is about a fifteen-minute walk from Salcombe town centre, with a bright hallway leading into a kitchen and dining room where a wooden table seats eight in front of the patio doors. The sitting room has two large sofas, a flat-screen TV with Sky Q, and a contemporary fireplace with a log burner for evenings in.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor: an en-suite master and a second en-suite room both have super king-size beds, and two further twin rooms each have a pair of single beds that can be linked into a super king-size on request. Between them the bedrooms share two en-suites, a ground-floor shower room and a family bathroom.

A spacious utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer alongside an additional freezer and microwave, and the kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. Outside, a private terrace to the rear of the house has a table and chairs, and off-road parking is provided for two to three cars, with an EV charger on site.

Sundowners takes two well-behaved dogs, and the property is strictly no smoking. It's a good base for a larger group wanting easy walking access to Salcombe's shops, pubs and restaurants.
