Hook Farm Cottage

Hook Farm Cottage is a single-storey bungalow in the village of Uplyme, close to the Devon/Dorset border, set in an elevated position with far-reaching views over the village and surrounding countryside from the lounge and bedrooms. Steps outside the property lead to the front door, so accessibility is restricted for anyone with mobility difficulties. The bungalow sleeps up to 6, though bookings are capped at a maximum of 4 adults.

There are three bedrooms, two king-size and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner sits at the rear of the property overlooking the garden, with a family dining table, and there's a separate lounge for relaxing in front of the TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster, and gas central heating covers the property. WiFi and a TV are provided, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

The enclosed, south-facing garden has a lawn and a patio with furniture, a good spot for eating outdoors. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the property is no smoking throughout. The village shop and church are a short walk away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.9 miles.
