Stonehaven At Woolmers House

Stonehaven at Woolmers House is a barn conversion standing within the grounds of the owners' home at Bickington near Barnstaple, yet arranged to give guests their own private space. It sleeps up to four across two bedrooms, making it suited to couples travelling together or a small family.

Inside, the ground floor is open plan, combining a lounge, kitchen and dining area behind bi-folding doors that open onto the patio. The lounge has a Smart TV and an electric fire alongside comfortable sofas, while the dining space includes a table for four and a breakfast bar with stools for two. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and coffee machine, and there is a separate WC on this floor.

Upstairs, the king-size and double bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower room with WC, giving guests staying together a good degree of privacy. Underfloor heating runs through the downstairs rooms, and each bedroom has its own Smart TV.

Outside, a small patio area sits behind the bi-folding doors with seating screened by planting, and a separate grassy area opposite the property offers further seating and a charcoal BBQ for warmer evenings. Private parking is provided for two cars, and a pub and shop are within easy walking distance. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
