Entry is at ground level, with a staircase leading up into a single open-plan room that serves as lounge, kitchen and bedroom. A Smart TV sits in the lounge area, and a breakfast table with seating for two is positioned close to the kitchen section. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The sleeping area contains a double bed, with a shower room off to one side housing a double shower and WC.

Barnstaple, reachable by a short drive, has shops, restaurants, pubs, a cinema and theatre. The Tarka Trail suits cyclists, and the beaches at Croyde and Saunton are accessible for a day out on the North Devon coast.
