Spring Cottage - Mortehoe

This three-storey cottage sits in Mortehoe, a small seaside village on the North Devon coast, and sleeps up to nine guests across five bedrooms. Original oak beams run through the ground-floor lounge and kitchen, and several rooms take in views across the Bristol Channel.

The ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, a family dining area, a lounge with a Smart TV, and a cloakroom WC. Bedrooms are arranged over the upper two floors: the first floor has a king-size room with an en-suite shower room and sea views, a double room, and a twin room with sea views, while the top floor offers a second twin room with sea views and a Smart TV, and a single room, also with sea views. A shower room with a separate WC and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath complete the sleeping arrangements, giving three bathrooms in total.

Outside, patio doors from the lounge open onto a decked area with patio furniture and a gas barbecue, and there's a courtyard for a morning coffee, with the outdoor space enclosed. Parking is allocated for one car, with additional parking around 200 metres away where a seven-day permit can be bought. Wifi is available throughout the cottage.

Dogs are welcome, up to three, though they're not permitted upstairs and a stair gate helps keep that area secure; additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and a dishwasher and washing machine are fitted in the kitchen for practical stays.
